Mud Master, operated by Marc A. McMahon, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Email marc@mudmaster.app from the address used at checkout. Include your order date and the reason for the request. We respond within 2 business days.
How refunds are processed
Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Stripe. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, but most refunds appear within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal (accessed through your account). Your access continues through the end of the current paid period. We do not prorate partial months — if you cancel mid-cycle outside the 30-day window, no refund is issued for the remaining days.
Beta users
While Mud Master remains free during beta, no payments are collected and there is nothing to refund. This policy applies once paid plans are activated.
